"As a patron and co-owner of this pawn shop, I can honestly say that we treat all people with respect. We understand people get into situations (financially) that are beyond their control and we are there to help. All merchandise that comes into the shop is not going to be accepted and we try to assist as many people as we can.
The comment/review posted by Kayla Purnell is not a fair statement as it was taking out of context by her. The man she is referring to is Mike, the owner. He said we do not take cameras or computers that contain anyone's personal information or pornography. If we take these items in as a pawn (where someone borrows money from the shop) and that person does not retrieve this pawn within the time frame agreed to, then we have to resell these items. Therefore, all devices when bought or pawned need to at factory reset.
